Our
certifications
Since 1997, under the supervision of the Consortium for the Control of Organic Products, we have been producing certified organic flours through the CCPB of Bologna—a consortium that includes some of the most prestigious Italian companies in the organic sector.
We were among the first companies in Italy to obtain UNI EN ISO 9001 certification, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and strict production standards that reinforce our focus on Total Quality.
Since 2021, we have transitioned from ISO certification to the more comprehensive and internationally recognized BRC and IFS certifications, further demonstrating Molino Colombo’s guarantee of excellence.
