These are the reasons that led us to open our Factory Store within our mill—a space where we can also share our long history through a photographic exhibition, from our beginnings in 1882 as the first Italian mill powered by electricity, to the present day.

L’Accademia della Farina 1882 is a state-of-the-art laboratory dedicated to baking, pizza-making, and pastry, featuring a professional kitchen and a multimedia hall that can accommodate up to 100 people.
It is a space where master bakers, pizza makers, pastry chefs, and chefs can host demonstrations and events. A place designed to enhance and refine skills, to gain a deeper understanding of the unique qualities of Molino Colombo Flours, and to experience firsthand the passion, dedication, and craftsmanship that define our production philosophy.
