In 1989, among the first in Italy, the bakery was opened trial with the aim to better understand the production issues of customers seeking a dialogue with it through the interchange of experiences that were not limited only to the theoretical field relative to the laboratory analysis and control, but by “experiencing” the quality of flour on the finished product.
